Revival must first take place within the believers' heart! And, unless we "see" our sin of complacency and repent of it, there cannot be restoration in our churches or our lives! Just as God commanded His people to repent of their complacency in the Book of JOEL. We too, must "see" our own sin of complacency, and we must humble ourselves and repent of it, so that God can RESTORE to us whatever the "locust of complacency" has taken from our lives!
